Downtown Lancaster grows as Cavite’s key lifestyle, commercial hub

IMUS, Cavite — Downtown Lancaster is a 25-hectare mixed-use lifestyle and commercial development that serves as the main commercial and lifestyle district of Lancaster New City, a township spanning parts of Kawit, Imus, General Trias and Tanza.

Over the years, the district has grown into a hub for commercial, retail and business activity, anchored by a mixed-use center that houses retail shops, restaurants and office space. Expansion has continued with the addition of One Lancaster Park and the upcoming WalterMart Lancaster, along with other retail and commercial establishments, cementing its role as a growing lifestyle and business destination.

Further growth is planned with Riverpark Gateway, which will add residential and commercial offerings, including a new condominium project and a Starbucks branch, expected to boost the district’s vibrancy and connectivity.

A separate commercial district is also being developed within Lancaster New City’s Zone 2. The mixed-use zone is planned to include retail establishments, institutions and a Cavite Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) terminal, offering added convenience and accessibility for residents in and around Lancaster New City while complementing Downtown Lancaster’s continued growth as a commercial and lifestyle hub.
