Arciaga Sworn in as SK Chair in Barangay Molino 1, Bacoor

BACOOR, Cavite — Vincent Mike Arciaga took his oath Wednesday as chairman of the Sangguniang Kabataan in Barangay Molino 1, officials said.

Mayor Strike B. Revilla administered the oath at the mayor’s office on Feb. 11, 2026. Barangay Captain Jeo Boying Dominguez, Barangay Secretary Arlene Gayamo and members of Arciaga’s family attended the ceremony.

The Sangguniang Kabataan is a youth council in the Philippines’ barangay government system.

Revilla pledged support for programs aimed at developing youth in the community, according to a city government statement.
