KAWIT, Cavite — Officials held a coordination meeting for the upcoming turnover and inauguration of Kawit Kalayaan Hospital, a key step in strengthening health services in the First District of Cavite.
The meeting included Dr. Nonie John Dalisay, Cavite provincial health officer; Dr. Voltaire Guadalupe, officer-in-charge and director III of the Department of Health CALABARZON; Engr. Gilbert Gandia, Cavite provincial administrator; Dr. Maria Victoria Torres, officer-in-charge of the Provincial Health Office for Satellite Hospitals; Dr. Jocelyn Caballes, chief of hospital at Kawit Kalayaan Hospital; Dr. Ruby Ephraim Rubiano, medical center chief of Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital; and Kawit Mayor Armie Aguinaldo.
Officials discussed plans for expanding, improving and upgrading the hospital to better serve residents’ healthcare needs.
The improvements aim to provide better medical services, modern facilities and more accessible, affordable care for families in the district.
The hospital turnover is part of ongoing efforts to prioritize residents’ health and welfare in Cavite.
