DASMARIÑAS, Cavite — Police arrested three alleged high-value drug suspects in a buy-bust operation early Wednesday, seizing an estimated P1.7 million worth of suspected shabu.
Authorities identified the suspects only by their aliases “Ow,” “Sop,” and “Jen,” all residents of the city.
Seized from them were about 250 grams of suspected shabu and a marked P500 bill used in the sting.
The operation was carried out by the Dasmariñas Component City Police Station in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Unit of the Cavite Police Provincial Office.
The suspects are in police custody and face charges for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
