The ceremony, held at the Covered Court of Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia in Imus, Cavite, was attended by Provincial Governor Athena Bryana D Tolentino as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

During the ceremony, Police Brigadier General Lucas presented an award to outgoing Provincial Director Police Colonel Eleuterio M. Ricardo Jr in recognition of his contributions to the province’s peace and order initiatives.
