BACOOR, Cavite — Two minors were arrested in Bacoor City, Cavite province, after police seized 1 million pesos worth of illegal drugs during an operation in Barangay Panapaan.
The Cavite Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit conducted a sting operation, apprehending the suspects after one allegedly sold 55,500 pesos worth of methamphetamine to an undercover officer.
Authorities identified the minors only by their aliases “Ric” and “Julia,” both from Dasmariñas. Police confiscated the drugs, buy-bust money, a mobile phone, and a sling bag.
The suspects were taken to the police station for questioning before being transferred to the Department of Social Welfare and Development office in Bacoor.
