SILANG, Cavite — Police arrested a South Korean national listed as a Regional Level Most Wanted Person during a warrant operation here Tuesday.
The suspect, identified by the alias “Kwon,” was arrested by Silang police at 3:30 p.m. under the directive of Police Lt. Col. Louie DC Gonzaga, according to a report from the office of Cavite Provincial Director Police Col. Ariel Red.
The operation was carried out with a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 18 in Tagaytay City. The warrant, issued Oct. 20, 2025, includes seven counts of rape with no bail recommended and seven counts of sexual assault with bail set at P120,000 pesos.
The suspect is currently in police custody.
PCol. Ariel R. Red, acting provincial director of the Cavite Police Provincial Office, praised the operation.
