SILANG, Cavite — A nursing student from Olivarez College, identified as Jazzmine Aguilar, is being praised for her quick response in assisting an injured motorist on Bypass Road in Silang, Cavite, on Oct. 7, 2025.
Witnesses said Aguilar promptly provided first aid to the victim while awaiting the arrival of a rescue team.
Despite it being her first real-life emergency, Aguilar demonstrated composure, compassion, and dedication as an aspiring nurse.
Cavite residents lauded her actions, calling her an inspiration and a true example of preparedness and care in a time of need.
