Two Chinese manufacturing firms will establish facilities in Cavite province after the Philippine Economic Zone Authority approved their registrations, PEZA announced Thursday.
CIXIN Precision Metal Products (Philippines), Inc. and Philippine Newly Ever Rise Technology Corp. will operate as export enterprises in the Cavite Economic Zone, according to a PEZA Facebook post.
The investments underscore Cavite’s growing appeal as a manufacturing hub. Located south of Manila with access to major ports and infrastructure, Cavite has become one of the Philippines’ top destinations for foreign direct investment, particularly in electronics, automotive components and precision manufacturing.
CIXIN Precision has committed to invest P40 million pesos in machinery and equipment during its first year and plans to hire nearly 100 production workers. The facility, scheduled to begin commercial operations in March 2026, will produce heat sink products, CNC products and provide electroplating and surface treatment services.
Philippine Newly Ever Rise will invest more than P20 million pesos in equipment and employ approximately 600 workers. Its facility is expected to start operations in January 2026, manufacturing and assembling transformers, power supplies, batteries, robotics products, solar systems and electric vehicle parts.
PEZA Director General for Operations Vivian S. Santos said the investments “will reinforce the Philippines’ foothold in the regional supply chain for electronics, robotics and precision metal products while aligning with the CREATE MORE Act and the country’s sustainability and industrial development goals.”
The CREATE MORE Act, enacted in 2024, extended tax incentives for businesses operating in economic zones to attract foreign investment and boost job creation.
