Century Properties Group Inc. plans to launch a premium residential development in Cavite next year as part of a two-project expansion that includes another site in Pampanga.
The Antonio family-owned developer said the projects represent its strategic diversification within the premium residential market segment. Century Properties caters to higher-end buyers seeking aspirational homes, distinguishing it from the company’s affordable housing brand PHirst.
“As we move forward, CPG remains focused on diversifying its revenue streams within the affordable and premium residential segments supported by commercial leasing and property management, while strategically expanding its market presence across key growth corridors nationwide,” said Marco Antonio, Century Properties president and CEO.
The company has allocated 12 billion pesos for capital expenditures in 2025, with up to 2 billion pesos designated for Century’s premium developments and up to 10 billion pesos for PHirst projects.
PHirst, the company’s affordable housing arm, is scheduled to launch six to eight new projects this year, including its first development in Mindanao during the third quarter. The brand targets emerging provinces and regional areas benefiting from infrastructure improvements.
Century Properties reported strong first-half performance with net income rising 14% year-over-year to 1.22 billion pesos. Consolidated revenues increased 7% to 7.64 billion pesos, with PHirst contributing 5.23 billion pesos as the primary growth driver.
The expansion aligns with the company’s strategy to serve Filipino families across different income segments while building market presence in key growth areas nationwide, Antonio said.
