TAGAYTAY CITY — One of the two men reported missing from Mulanay, Quezon was found dead along Tagaytay-Mendez Road in this city, authorities confirmed.
The victim was identified as Dexter Roales, 44, a resident of Barangay San Isidro, Mulanay, Quezon.
According to police reports, Roales and his cousin, Ruel, left Mulanay around 1 p.m. on April 6 aboard an SUV to transport passengers to Laguna, Batangas, and Cavite.
Their families lost contact with them shortly after, prompting them to alert the authorities.
Relatives later confirmed that the body found in Tagaytay was Roales.
Meanwhile, the SUV used by the victims was found in San Pascual, Batangas. Authorities are still searching for Ruel as of this writing.
