A man was found dead in Tanza, Cavite on Sunday with packing tape wrapped around his head, authorities said.
The body of the victim was discovered on Governor’s Drive in Barangay Tanauan, according to the Police Regional Office 4A.
Police believe the man was killed elsewhere and his body was brought to the crime scene.
Crime scene investigators have arrived to process the area and gather evidence.
The police investigation into the identity of the suspect is ongoing.
Authorities have not released the victim’s identity or any other details about the case.
