Dasmariñas City Training Center Announces Livelihood Programs Through December

DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite — The Dasmariñas City Training Center announced its schedule of free livelihood training programs running from October through December 2024, offering residents various skills development opportunities.

The center will conduct courses in fashion design, food processing, wellness massage, basic sewing, candle making, and bread and pastry making.

Training sessions range from five days to three weeks, with the first batch beginning October 7, 2024.

The schedule includes:

  • Fashion Bayong and Food Processing workshops starting October 7
  • Basic Sewing and Candle Making courses beginning October 14
  • Extended Bread & Pastry programs running October 28 to November 15
  • Additional courses in wellness massage and fashion design scheduled through December 13

All training sessions will be held at the center’s main facility located at Block O 77 Lot 5, Barangay San Andres 1, Dasmariñas City.

“These programs aim to enhance the livelihood capabilities of our residents,” said Mayor Jenny Austria-Barzaga, who oversees the initiative.

The program aligns with the city’s “Onward, Forward” development agenda, focusing on skills enhancement for economic empowerment.
