SILANG, Cavite — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Calabarzon’s E-Patrol Services issued 188 student permits to aspiring police officers at the Philippine National Police Academy in Silang, Cavite, on Monday.

The initiative, led by LTO Calabarzon Regional Director Elmer J. Decena, aims to simplify the permit application process for students.

The caravan also provided on-site services, including student permit, driver’s license and vehicle registration renewal.

The collaboration between LTO Calabarzon and the Philippine National Police Academy reflects a broader commitment to improving government services and supporting the next generation of police officers.
