Philippine General Hospital (PGH) to Rise in Cavite

In a welcome development for Cavite’s healthcare system, Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla announced that President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has approved the construction of a new Philippine General Hospital (PGH) branch in Carmona, Cavite.

The state-of-the-art hospital, which will feature 600 beds, is designed to provide quality patient care and serve as a teaching hospital.

Once completed, the PGH Carmona will be the first branch of the renowned hospital to be located outside of Metro Manila, aiming to alleviate the patient load at the PGH Manila and strengthen the region’s healthcare infrastructure.

According to Governor Remulla, the new hospital is part of the provincial government’s efforts to improve the overall healthcare system in Cavite.

The governor also announced plans to establish Cavite as the safest province in the country through the launch of a 911 application, which aims to enhance public safety and reduce response times during emergencies.

The 911 application is expected to streamline emergency services and provide a more efficient response system for the province. This move is part of the provincial government’s commitment to improving the lives of its citizens and providing them with access to quality healthcare and emergency services.

The construction of the PGH Carmona is a significant milestone for the province of Cavite, and it is expected to have a positive impact on the lives of its residents. The project is believed as a major step forward in the country’s efforts to improve its healthcare system and provide better services to its citizens.
