Former Sen. Manny Villar has broken ground on a new campus for the University of the Philippines in Dasmariñas, a project he said is close to his heart.
In a social media post, Villar expressed his honor in being part of the development, citing his personal connection to the university where he said he “learned to dream bigger.”
The new UP Dasmariñas campus will be part of Villar City’s University Town, a master development by Golden MV Holdings.
Villar described the project as a vital addition to the city’s educational landscape, marking another step toward building a brighter future for education in the country.
