Medical and Dental Mission Boosts Healthcare for Tanza Residents

In a concerted effort to promote the health of Caviteños, the Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC) and the Local Government Unit of Tanza conducted a Medical and Dental Mission in Brgy. Julugan, Tanza, on May 9, 2024.

The mission, which included free medical check-ups, dental care, and HIV testing, was carried out by volunteer practitioners from the Office of the Provincial Health Officer (OPHO) and Tanza Municipal Health Office.

A total of 439 locals benefited from the mission, with 380 receiving medical care and 59 undergoing dental procedures. The patients also received free prescribed medicines, insect repellent, and vitamin supplements.

Local officials, including Tanza Vice Mayor Archangelo Matro, expressed their gratitude to the medical team for their dedication to improving local health outcomes.
