Bacoor City Hosts Medical and Dental Mission Led by Capitol

In a significant move towards bolstering healthcare in Bacoor City, the provincial government of Cavite, steered by Governor Jonvic Remulla, successfully executed a medical and dental mission in Talaba II on April 16, 2024. The initiative brought essential healthcare ú my to 417 residents, marking a beacon of hope and healing.

The mission saw 365 individuals benefitting from medical services, while 52 availed dental care. In a bid to ensure comprehensive healthcare coverage, 15 people underwent X-ray examinations, and 10 received ECG tests.

The success of the program is a testament to the power of collaboration, with various institutions including the local government, PGC health professionals, and the Scouts Royale Brotherhood, under the leadership of Cavite Provincial Council President Alan Correl, contributing significantly. The Sangguniang Kabataan, BHWs, and BNS also played pivotal roles in the mission’s success.

The program’s impact was further amplified by the provision of medicine, anti-mosquito repellent lotion, and free eye checks, underlining its significance to the community.
