TAGAYTAY CITY, Cavite – A man wanted for acts of lasciviousness was arrested by police in Barangay Mendez-Crossing, Tagaytay City, on Friday, February 16, 2024.
The suspect, who goes by the alias “Raymon”, was the subject of a joint intelligence-driven operation by the Warrant Personnel of Rosario Municipal Police Station and the PIT Cavite RIU4A.
According to PMAJ Sandie Del Finado Caparroso, the acting chief of police of Rosario Municipal Police Station, the suspect is a resident of Barangay San Vicente 1, Silang, Cavite.
He was apprehended by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the Region Regional Trial Court, Branch 17, Cavite City, Cavite, for the crime of acts of lasciviousness. The court set his bail at PHP 108,000.00.
The suspect is currently under the custody of Rosario Municipal Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
The Cavite Police Provincial Office said it remains committed to hunting down people with an existing warrant of arrest to ensure that they will face the charges filed against them in court.
