Naic, Cavite — A man wanted for car theft was arrested by Naic police in a successful intelligence operation.
The suspect, known only as “Danilo”, was a resident of Brgy Malainen Bago, Naic Cavite. He was accused of violating RA 6539, the Anti-Carnapping Law.
Naic police chief PLtCol Chester Noel Borlongan said that after careful surveillance, they captured “Danilo” based on a warrant of arrest issued by the Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 111. The court set a bail of Php180,000.00 for his release.
“Danilo” is currently detained at the Naic Municipal Police Station for further processing.
The Cavite Police Provincial Office vowed to continue its efforts to track down and arrest criminals in the province.
