CITF Nagsagawa ng Road Clearing Operation sa Imus

Imus, Cavite – Muling ininspeksyon ng City of Imus Task Force (CITF) ang mga pangunahing daan sa Imus mula noong Lunes, Enero 8, hanggang Linggo, Enero 12, 2024, bilang bahagi ng kanilang road clearing operation.

Ayon kay CITF head Rommel Encarnacion, ilang mga sasakyan at ambulant vendor ang napatunayang lumabag sa City Ordinance No. 05-195 taong 2022 o ang revised Road Clearing Ordinance of the City of Imus at sa Traffic Code of the City of Imus, kung saan ipinagbabawal ang anumang uri ng mga sasakyan at istrakturang nakaharang sa mga pampublikong daan at sidewalk sa Imus.

Ang mga sasakyan namang lalabag dito ay lalagyan ng clamp at makatatanggap ang may-ari ng Violation Form. Para matubos ang kanilang mga sasakyan, maaari silang makipag-ugnayan sa mga tanggapan ng CITF. Matatagpuan ang mga ito sa 4th floor, Imus City Government Center, Brgy. Malagasang 1-G at sa Old Sangguniang Panlungsod Building, Brgy. Poblacion 4-B. Maaaring tubusin ang mga na-clamp na sasakyan tuwing Lunes hanggang Biyernes, mula 8:00 AM hanggang 4:30 PM.

Huwag kalimutang dalhin ang Violation Form at ihanda ang babayarang multa ayon sa uri ng sasakyan:

Imus LGU imposes the above penalties.

Muling pinapaalalahanan ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Imus ang publiko na sumunod sa road clearing ordinance ng Imus. Isinasaad nito na walang anumang bagay o istraktura ang dapat na humaharang sa mga pampublikong daanan ng mga tao at ng trapiko. Layunin nito na mapanatili ang kaayusan at kaligtasan sa mga kalsada ng Imus.

Ang mga mahuhuling lumalabag sa ordinansa ay maaaring harapin ang kaukulang parusa. Hinihikayat din ang mga mamamayan na magbigay ng feedback o reklamo sa CITF hotline na (046) 471-8888 o sa kanilang Facebook page na City of Imus Task Force.
