Bacoor City, Cavite – The City Government of Bacoor has launched an online payment system for real property tax, making it easier and faster for property owners to settle their tax obligations.

Real property tax, or amilyar, is an annual tax imposed by the local government on properties such as land, buildings, and equipment. It is due on the first day of January of each year, but can be paid in four installments.

According to the City Government of Bacoor, the online payment system aims to provide convenience and safety to taxpayers. It also aims to improve the efficiency and transparency of tax collection and administration.

To pay online, property owners need to create a user account at boss.bacoor.gov.ph and enroll their properties. They can then view their bill, compute their tax, generate their statement of account, and proceed to payment. They can choose to pay via Landbank ATM and debit accounts, or other participating Bancnet member banks.

The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, invites all property owners to avail of the online payment system and pay their real property tax as soon as possible.
