SM Prime Holdings is considering Silang, Cavite as the site of a potential development project in 2029, company officials said during a media briefing.
SM Supermalls President Steven Tan said the proposed project is part of the company’s expansion plan, which targets one major development annually from 2026 to 2030.
No details have been released on the project’s type, exact location, or construction timeline, as it remains in the planning stage.
If pursued, the development is expected to generate jobs, attract businesses, and boost Silang’s local economy.
