BACOOR, Cavite — The Bacoor city government on Thursday blessed and launched the 4PH Program – Salinas Residential Showroom at the Bacoor Government Center, marking a new phase in the city’s affordable housing efforts.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla led the ceremony, which was organized through the city’s Housing and Urban Development Regional Department under Atty. Aimee Neri.
The 4PH Salinas Project will comprise four residential towers with 500 units each, providing housing for 2,000 families. Each unit will measure 27 square meters.
Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola and Councilors Noly Galvez, Rey Palabrica, Horacio Brilliantes and Rey Fabian attended the event, along with representatives from partner government agencies and private developers.
Key industry partners present included Megawide Construction Corp. Chairman and CEO Edgar Saavedra, PH1 World Developers President Ma. Gilda Alcantara and Megawide Chief Business Development Officer Jim Feliciano. Representatives from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development and the Home Development Mutual Fund, also known as Pag-IBIG Fund, also attended.
Revilla thanked stakeholders and reaffirmed the city’s commitment to inclusive housing programs for Bacoor residents.
