City of Imus Opens Free Public Park in Barangay Maharlika
IMUS, Cavite — The City of Imus has opened a new free public park in Barangay Maharlika, offering residents of all ages a recreational space equipped with various outdoor facilities.
The City of Imus Park Maharlika, located along Belarmino Street in Barangay Maharlika, is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at no cost to visitors.
The park features amenities including kiddie slides, swings, a seesaw, animal rockers, outdoor fitness equipment, an outdoor gym cycle, a pavilion, benches and tables, a grass carpet area for picnics, a comfort room, and a bike parking area. Free Wi-Fi connectivity is also expected to be available at the site in the coming weeks.
The facility is also pet-friendly, welcoming residents to visit with their animals.
City officials said the park is intended to provide a safe and accessible green space for families, children, and senior citizens in the area.
The opening adds to the city’s growing number of public recreational spaces aimed at improving the quality of life for Imus residents. No admission fee is charged for entry.
