The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is reminding candidates and political parties that they have seven days left to file their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) before the June 11, 2025 deadline.

The election body announced Wednesday that submissions must be made during weekdays, including Saturdays and holidays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

National candidates and parties must file their SOCE at the COMELEC Political Finance and Affairs Department (PFAD) located at the ground floor of Sitio Grande Building, 409 A. Soriano Avenue, Intramuros, Manila.

Local candidates should submit their documents to the local COMELEC office where they filed their Certificate of Candidacy, while local parties must file at the COMELEC office where the party has constituency based on its registration and accreditation.

The SOCE forms are available for download at the COMELEC website at comelec.gov.ph, along with the complete rules on campaign finance and disclosure under Resolution No. 11109.

Candidates and parties can access the directory of COMELEC field offices through the commission’s official website for specific filing locations.

The SOCE requirement is part of the transparency measures for the 2025 National and Local Elections, mandating all candidates and parties to declare their campaign contributions and expenditures.
