IMUS, Cavite — Membership retailer Landers Superstore opened its largest store recently in Ayala Land’s Vermosa estate, marking the chain’s first location in Cavite province.

The 12,900-square-meter store is Landers’ 15th branch nationwide and sits within the 752-hectare mixed-use development in Imus. More than 60,000 people signed up for memberships before the opening.

“Landers Vermosa is a testament to our commitment to bringing world-class shopping to Filipino families,” Deputy Chief Executive Officer Bill Cummings said at the ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Imus Mayor Alex Advincula and Ayala Land representatives.

The store offers member perks including free haircuts at Federal Barbers, discounted medicine at Capital Care Pharmacy, and fuel discounts of up to 10 pesos per liter at Landers-Caltex stations. Members also receive up to 50% off Solane LPG refills.

Through May 31, 2025 annual memberships cost 350 pesos, half the regular price. The company’s credit card provides up to 5% cashback on purchases.

Vermosa estate sits along Daang Hari Road with access to major highways including the South Luzon Expressway and Cavite Expressway. The development includes Ayala Malls Vermosa, a sports hub with FIFA-certified facilities, and De La Salle Santiago Zobel’s Vermosa campus.

A transport terminal and San Sebastian Church are under construction.

Landers describes itself as the Philippines’ fastest-growing membership shopping chain. The company operates warehouse-style stores selling bulk goods and international products.

Ayala Land is developing Vermosa as a mixed-use community combining residential, commercial and recreational spaces in southern Luzon.
