Bloomberry Resorts Corp, operator of Solaire Resorts, plans to open a new integrated resort in Ternate, Cavite, within the next five to ten years, as part of the Philippine government’s efforts to expand the country’s gaming industry.
The company, which is finalizing land acquisition in Paniman, Ternate, and developing a masterplan for the project, aims to create an entertainment complex featuring a world-class casino, hotel, golf course, and mixed-use components.
Solaire Puerto Azul, as the resort will be known, will be Bloomberry’s third integrated resort in the Philippines, joining Solaire Resort Entertainment City in Parañaque City and Solaire Resort North in Quezon City.
The development is expected to boost leisure and tourism in Cavite, providing opportunities for residents from the towns of Ternate and Maragondon.
No financial details of the project were disclosed.
