Kawit, Cavite – In a significant crackdown on drug-related offenses, Kawit Municipal Police Station’s Drug Enforcement Unit, under the supervision of PLTCOL Richard D Corpuz, successfully apprehended a suspect known as “Bernie” during a buy-bust operation.
The operation, which took place on June 6 at Brgy. Toclong, resulted in the seizure of a sachet containing suspected shabu.
The suspect, from Brgy Tabon 1, was informed of his rights under the Miranda Doctrine and is currently undergoing documentation procedures.
The Kawit Police Station reaffirms its commitment to combating criminality and warns against illegal drug involvement.
