Rosario PNP Arrests Most Wanted Suspect

Rosario, Cavite – In a significant breakthrough, the Rosario Municipal Police Station (MPS) successfully apprehended a most-wanted individual on May 27, 2024. The operation, conducted by the Warrant Section under the direct supervision of PMAJ Sandie Del Finado Caparroso, ACOP Rosario MPS, resulted in the arrest of the accused.

The suspect was wanted for violating Section 12, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). The criminal case, numbered 338-2022 and dated July 4, 2023, was issued by Franco Paulo Resurreccion Arago, Presiding Judge of the 4th Judicial Region RTC Branch 88 in Cavite City, Cavite. Notably, no bail was recommended for the accused.

The arrested suspect is currently in the custody of the Rosario MPS for proper disposition.

PMAJ Sandie D Caparroso, Acting Chief of Police, commended the operating team for their outstanding work and assured continued efforts in pursuing other wanted individuals.
