House of Representatives Mourns Passing of Cong. Elpidio Barzaga Jr.

The Philippine House of Representatives, under the leadership of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, today announced the passing of a respected member of the 19th Congress, Representative Elpidio F. Barzaga Jr., who had a long-standing commitment to public service.

Representative Barzaga was known for his dedication to the constituents of Cavite, having served the 2nd district during the 14th Congress and the 4th district in the subsequent 15th, 16th, and 18th Congresses.
