In a targeted strike against drug-related crime, officers from the Kawit Municipal Police Station, guided by PLTCOL Richard D Corpuz, executed a strategic buy-bust operation over the weekend.
The sting, conducted in coordination with PDEA-4A in Brgy. Balsahan-Bisita, resulted in the apprehension of an individual known as “Mark,” alleged to have sold a sachet containing what is believed to be Shabu.
Following his arrest, “Mark” was duly informed of his legal rights in a language he understood.
The police action underscores the ongoing commitment of local authorities to combat the scourge of narcotics and maintain public safety.
