In a coordinated operation, operatives from the Highway Patrol Unit 4A and the Highway Patrol Unit NCR successfully apprehended a most-wanted individual at a hotel in Bacoor, Cavite recently.

The suspect, identified as Gabriel Adrian Decena, was served with three arrest warrants for charges of carnapping and robbery with homicide.

The pursuit began after Decena allegedly pawned an SUV that he did not own.

Upon his arrest at the hotel, he was found in possession of a 9mm handgun and ammunition.

Decena was initially taken to the PHPT-Cavite office and was later transferred to the RHPU-NCR Investigation Branch at Camp Crame, Quezon City for further processing.
