A man’s headless and naked body, covered in a comforter, was discovered on Davilan Road in Brgy. Lantic, Carmona, Cavite on the evening of February 17.

A senior citizen from the neighborhood reported the gruesome find to the Carmona Municipal Police Station.

The body had signs of torture on its hand and a dragon tattoo on the right side of its chest. The victim, who was 5″6 in height and had fair skin, was suspected to be a foreigner.

The police speculated that the body was dumped on the roadside after being killed elsewhere.

They urged anyone who could help identify the man to call them at 09985985610/09266620472.
