Yazaki Foundation Opens Scholarship Applications for Cavite Students

DASMARIÑAS, Cavite — The Yazaki Scholarship Foundation Inc. is accepting applications for its scholarship program for the 2026-2027 school year, targeting incoming first-year college students from Cavite province.

Dasmariñas Mayor Jenny Barzaga announced the scholarship opportunity, which runs from Feb. 2 through March 14, 2026.

To qualify, applicants must be incoming first-year college students with a pre-final average of at least 85% or its equivalent, computed from academic subjects only during the first two or three academic quarters of the current school year.

Applicants cannot be relatives of EMI employees up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or recipients of scholarships from other institutions.

Required documents include an accomplished bio-data form with a recent picture and a photocopy of the report card or Form 137 showing grades up to the second or third grading period of the current school year.

Documents may be submitted from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at EDS Manufacturing Inc., located on Aguinaldo Highway, Barangay Anabu II-A, Imus, Cavite.
