Two Minors Drown in Separate Cavite Incidents

Two minors died in separate drowning incidents in Dasmariñas City and Naic, Cavite on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2025.

According to a report from the Police Regional Office 4A, the first victim was identified as alias Kervin, 12, a resident of Dasmariñas.

One of his friends called for help after seeing him submerged in a waterway in Barangay Salawag.

A witness immediately pulled him from the water, but he was unresponsive.

In Naic, a 16-year-old identified as alias Prince also drowned while swimming with a friend in the Timalan Balsahan River in Barangay Timalan Balsahan.

An investigation found the victim was swept into a deeper part of the river.

He was taken to a hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
