Cavite – Ayala Land Inc officially launched Southmont Central, its newest mixed-use district within the sprawling Southmont estate located on the border of Silang and Tagaytay in Cavite province.

The 50-hectare Southmont Central, situated within the 800-hectare estate, is designed as a new commercial, residential and entertainment hub. The development will feature office buildings, residential condominiums, a hotel, retail spaces and public facilities as a modern multipurpose destination.

“Southmont Central is our response to the growing demand for live-work-play environments in the South. It combines natural beauty with modern convenience, creating a unique destination that aligns with Ayala Land’s commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth,” the company said.

Located near Tagaytay-Sta. Rosa Road, the development offers easy access from Metro Manila and neighboring provinces, positioning it as a strategic location for businesses, investors and families seeking a scenic yet accessible location.

Southmont Central forms part of Ayala Land’s broader development plan for the Southmont estate, which is expected to include projects from various business units of the company, including its residential, retail and hospitality brands.

Construction of the initial phases is expected to begin this year, with some facilities opening in 2027.

The launch of Southmont Central reinforces Ayala Land’s commitment to creating progressive and sustainable cities in the growing southern Luzon region.
