The Provincial Government of Cavite Employees Association (PGCEA) held a General Assembly on May 7, 2024, to prepare for the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA).

The event, led by PGCEA officer Ms. Michelle Osorio, took place at the Provincial Capitol Grounds in Trece Martires City.

The assembly focused on discussing the CNA’s content, which includes provisions for improved working conditions, fair compensation, benefits, and professional development opportunities for Provincial Government of Cavite (PGC) employees.

Members actively participated in the assembly by voting on the CNA’s provisions, expressing their support or concerns for specific clauses.

This democratic process ensured that the collective interests of the workforce were considered in the negotiation and ratification of the CNA.

The assembly concluded with participants expressing optimism and unity towards achieving a mutually beneficial CNA. The event demonstrated the PGC workforce’s proactive approach in pursuing significant reforms and prioritizing employee welfare.
