The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) has received a significant boost to its crime-fighting capabilities, with the donation of a SWAT van from the Provincial Government.
The handover, led by Gov. Juanito Victor C. Remulla, is part of a wider modernization program for the PPO, which has seen the procurement of various mobility equipment.
PCOL Eleuterio M Ricardo J.r, Provincial Director of the Cavite PPO, expressed his deep appreciation for the unwavering support of the Provincial Government.
The SWAT van, he said, will be a crucial asset in combating crime and responding to emergencies, enhancing the operational capabilities of the Cavite PPO.
This donation follows a previous batch of equipment given to the Cavite PPO on March 20, 2024, which included 200 NMAX MC, 10 Lite Ace vans, and 10 Wigo patrol cars.
The Cavite PPO, under the leadership of PD Ricardo Jr, expressed their gratitude to the Provincial Government for their continued support.
