CAVITE Capitol – The Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager (OPPESM) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Cavite Provincial Office have partnered to provide job opportunities for jobseekers through a community-based training program on contact center services.
The program combined online learning with in-person training at the Cavite Provincial Capitol compound in Trece Martires City.
The 18-day program aimed to equip participants with the skills to become certified customer service professionals in the fast-growing contact center industry.
The training program was designed to address unemployment and skill gaps, and aimed to open doors to new career paths while fostering personal and professional growth.
By empowering participants to meet industry standards, the initiative serves as a stepping stone for many toward financial stability and meaningful employment.
The program culminated in a graduation ceremony in December 2024, at the Ceremonial Hall, which featured inspiring messages from key leaders.
This collaborative program demonstrates the shared commitment of OPPESM and TESDA to uplift communities by providing life-changing opportunities through skill development and job placement.
